Your data is stored securely by Tally and is not retained on PulseHCP's own servers. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you by email within 30 days of becoming aware of the breach, consistent with Florida law and applicable state requirements.
We retain your waitlist information only as long as necessary to notify you of the PulseHCP launch. If you request deletion, we will remove your information promptly, unless required by law. We will not retain data beyond the launch period without your renewed consent.
PulseHCP is intended solely for licensed healthcare professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify waitlist members by email before those changes take effect and will update the effective date above.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
